  • I haven’t received my order confirmation?
    Please check your junk mail and if you still cannot see your confirmation please contact us at info@thewiglabel.com to confirm your order.
  • I haven’t received my order?
    UK Once you have received your despatch notification, please track your parcel by using the tracking number provided to you (insert royal mail tracking link) and allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. International Once you have received your despatch notification, please track your parcel by using the tracking number provided to you (insert royal mail tracking link). We ask that you allow up to you 2 weeks for you parcel to arrive before contacting us. It is your responsibility to check if you need to pay any taxes of custom fees on the parcel for it to be delivered.
  • Can I change my order?
    Ready to Ship Unfortunately as these wigs are ready to ship we cannot make any amendments to the order once the order has been placed. Wig Commissions You have until 7 days before your despatch date to request any changes on your wig commission. In some cases large changes will not be possible, however we will do our very best to accommodate any changes you need.
  • What is the size of the wig?
    All of our wig caps are 24.5” with adjustable straps.
  • What is a skin top?
    A skin top wig has a scalp like material at the top of the wig to give the appearance of naturally growing hair strands. Our skin top is 4” wide and 2.5” deep.
  • What is a hard front wig?
    A hard front wig doesn't have single knotted hair at the front of the wig, it best for styles with bangs at the front. All of our hard front wigs are skin top wigs.
  • What is a lace front wig?
    A lace front has a very fine piece of lace attached to the front of the wig which has hairs singular knotted to, too create the most realistic hair lines. This is best for hair styles that show the hair line.
  • How long will my wig last?
    It is very hard to give an exact time line on this, it all depends on the way the wig is stored, treated and maintained by you. We highly recommend purchasing our tutorials to get the best life out of wigs.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    Klarna, ISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, and UnionPay credit cards.
  • Import taxes?
    All orders may be subject to import taxes, it is your responsibility as the buyer to check and pay these import taxes.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, our international postage fees are added on at checkout.
  • What is your processing time?
    All ready to ship and pre-loved wigs will be posted out within 5 working days. Custom creations will be shipped on the agreed despatch dates.
  • How long will my international order take to arrive?
    We ask you to allow up to 14 working days for your international order to arrive.
  • Where can I track my order?

  • I think my package is lost or missing, what should I do?
    Please contact us on info@thewiglabel.com quoting your order number, tracking number, name & full postage address.
  • I didn’t claim my package, what happens now?
    It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure your parcel can be delivered safely. If the parcel is sent back to us at ‘The Wig Label’ you will have to pay an additional postage fee to receive your parcel again, if an additional postage fee is not paid no refund will be given.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You have 12 hours from when you placed your order to request to cancel it. Putting in a request does not guarantee that your order has been cancelled it, if we accept your cancellation please allow up to 7 working days to receive a refund.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any orders.
  • Will you buy my unwanted wigs?
    Yes. Please send us an email to info@thewiglabel.com with various images and videos of the condition of the wig. The more information you can provide, the better offer we can give you. Please try and answer all of the questions below as accurately as possible. - Did you purchase it new or second hand? - Where was the original base wig from? If you don't know this, who did you purchase it from? - How long have you owned this wig? - What was the purpose of this wig? eg. entertainment company, cosplay, photoshoot etc. - Roughly how many times has this been worn? We will then review your request and send you an offer.
